Is there a free trial?

How does Gmail integration work?
We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication - you never share your password with us. We only request the gmail.send scope to send emails on your behalf. We do NOT read your inbox. Reply tracking is handled separately via Amazon SES.
What AI model do you use?
WarmOpener uses OpenAI's latest GPT models (GPT-4o, GPT-4o Mini, and GPT-5.2) for AI personalization. You provide your own OpenAI API key, which we encrypt and store securely. This gives you full control and unlimited AI generations.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All sensitive credentials (Gmail tokens, SMTP passwords, API keys) are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. We implement row-level security in our database to ensure complete data isolation between users.
Do you comply with email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)?
Yes. WarmOpener includes an automated unsubscribe system that immediately excludes contacts from future campaigns. However, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent before emailing contacts and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Can I use my own SMTP instead of Gmail?
Yes! In addition to Gmail OAuth, we support SMTP connections for Yahoo, Outlook, Zoho, and custom email domains. SMTP passwords are encrypted before storage using the same AES-256 encryption as Gmail tokens.
What are the sending limits?
Sending limits vary by plan: Starter (5,000 emails/month), Growth (100,000 emails/month), Scale (300,000 emails/month). You can also set daily limits per inbox and per campaign to control your sending pace. Plus, you get unlimited AI generations when using your own OpenAI API key.
How long does setup take?
Most users are up and running in under 10 minutes. Simply connect your Gmail or SMTP account, upload your contacts (CSV or manual), generate AI personalized content, create your email sequence, and launch your first campaign.
